The following extra charges apply in addition to the above rates:
$30 per night for a 7th guest and/or if the single fold-out sofa bed is required regardless of guest numbers.

Booking Notes:
All guests regardless of age must be listed on your enquiry and booking.
Rates listed are for a maximum of 6 guests regardless of age. A 7th guest may be added for an additional charge of $30 per night. Please note the 7th bed is a fold-out single sofa, is set up in the master bedroom and cannot be moved.
Minimum length stays and specific arrival and departure days apply to some periods.
Extra charges may apply for check-in and check-out on public holidays.
